Hi,
Recently we have activated Teethy theme on the web http://www.centredentalcise.com
This website has a comment page that works with pluguin “Comments – wpDiscuz” (https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wpdiscuz/)
Comments page: http://www.centredentalcise.com/info/es/consultans/
With the previous theme it was possible to send and view the comments correctly, but with the teethy theme it has stopped working.
What can be the problem?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Vanessa
Hi Vanessa,
We activated twenty seventeen and can’t see the plugin working there as well. Is the plugin not compatible with latest WordPress version?
Regards,
Dave
Hi Dave,
This pluguin was working correctly until past monday with previous theme and the same version of WordPress.
We also have it installed and running on another website with another theme (http://www.martam.cat/comentaris/)
Can this be a Teethy theme incompatibility with this pluguin?
Look at this:
“Some themes don’t use <?php comments_template() ?> WordPress template function, thus wpDiscuz can’t be loaded. You should ask theme support to make sure they use this function in comment section.”
I found some comments about the incompatibility of some themes with this pluguin:

Thank you very much for your help!!
Best regards,
