Okay, kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.has_trans_header .header_wrap {
    position: fixed !important;
    background:#f0f0f8;
}

Yes, but that’s not what we wanted. The Sticky Header has to be smaller and it has to be for most cases only the main menu.
The Sticky Header that you have proposed is not the classic model, as it will hide much of the content of the pages in the reduced-screen smartphones.
