Arrow down fix anchor link

Hi,
my arrow down on the homepage does not work, as i installed my WP in a folder, but point it to the root directory of my domain, so the anchor #services does not go down to the services section but into the folder and so does not work.
i know how to hide the arrow, but i would like to repair it, where can i fix the link?

thats really strange, i tried in several browsers on several systems and cant find the same problem, yourtime.guide/wp-admin works fine, could you please try on another system?
