The posts are not linked or synchronized to the blog in the menu at all. I followed your theme documentation: I tried to copy the only post I created (Pros and cons to do your books by yourself) post to a blank page with the format “blog full-width” and it didn’t work either. It is not shown in the blog in the menu. Please let me know how to write my blogs, for them to be disclosed properly on my website.
Its not the way you are doing it. Create a page named Blog: And assign the template: Blog full width.
Now view this page and you should be able to see the blog posts (no need to copy and paste posts in pages).
Also in order to show Blog in the menu go to Appearance>Menus and add the new Blog page into Menu and save.
