browser consistency issue

i haven’t changed any css etc but the logo and some content looks bad on Windows machines .. mostly IE, but also firefox.
how can this be fixed ?
the logo is most important

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.header .header-inner .logo img{ height:200px;}
.header .header-inner .logo{float:none !important; text-align:center;}
.header .header-inner .nav{float:none !important; text-align:center !important;}
.header .header-inner .nav ul{float:none !important;}
