Finally it works. I have had to empty the web cache several times until it has worked.

Resolved.

If you see this problem again, then kindly go to Appearance >> Editor >> Customizer >> assets >> customizer.css >> scroll down to bottom and add this code there.

#customize-theme-controls ul#sub-accordion-section-cf7md_options, #customize-theme-controls ul#sub-accordion-section-cctc { display:block !important;}
