I am using the font you have selected as the default. I don’t even know how to change it and prefer to use the font that is in place.

You can use any other Google font which is alternative to Pacifico.

I have no way of knowing what each font will look like without saving the options over and over and republishing it. What else is possible?

No matter what font I change it to, the only font that looks different is Pacifico. All the other fonts look identical when I publish them.
