    Hello

    I’m trying to add new contact form but while adding new fields to the form such as “number” field, the popup panel doesn’t appear properly, it’s shown in the top side of the page so prevent displaying of all content.

    Hi,

    This problem is coming due to plugin conflict.

    Kindly deactivate some other plugin and check.
