    I have now using Contact form 7 plugin.. as older contact was not working properly
    but i now need to make changes to all the page templates now..
    can you suggest how to change the form in page template

    i am using SKT Startup Pro..

    Hi Dheeraj,

    Kindly go to Appearance>>Widget>>Sidebar Main

    Drag and drop text widget in sidebar main and use shortcode of contact form 7.
