I made a new Contact form but,I can not delete, edit widgets (Contact form and Testimonials) right hand side.

Kindly go to Appereance>>Widgets>>Sidebar Main

Drag and drop Blank text widget in sidebar main to remove default sidebar

How to change names of headers About Us,Why Choose Us, Our Team on the main page?
And how to remove the inscription “Sorry, photo gallery is empty.” ?

Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Section

Change title of the sections (Section 1, Section 2 etc.)

If you don’t want photo gallery then hide this section on theme option. There is a option to hide the section.
