Contact forum and rich snippets are not working

With respect to my website http://samanportable.com/, I have set rich snippets in my blogs 15 days back but it still not working and also contact form is not working. so please help us in this regard. I have set rich snippets in ths page http://samanportable.com/blogs/

Add this code there:

.contact_left iframe { width: 100%;}
