Creating Columns on pages

How do I create 3 columns for the different types of cases?

You have 3 column shortcode in appearance>theme options>shortcodes you can use them on pages.

I see short codes, which one is for columns.

Appearance>theme options>shortcodes>columns 1-5 these are for columns its written columns.

You can use shortcodes ultimate plugin as well in case of confusion with our shortcodes.
