Critical database error

    Hi,

    I bought the full theme package, tried 3 so far on my hosting company and they all install ok but whenever I click on customise I get a critical database error. (Want to use the Perfect theme if I can)

    If I switch to the standard WordPress built in themes and try the customise option it works so it’s something to do with the themes.

    Wondered if anyone has any idea what could be causing it ?

    Hearing this problem for the first time actually and never has been reported before for our themes.

    Try asking the host to raise the limits in php.ini to the following:

    memory_limit = 256M
    upload_max_size = 64M
    post_max_size = 64M
    upload_max_filesize = 64M
    max_execution_time = 300
    max_input_time = 1000
