Customisation of SKT Trust Theme

Hi,

I have following issues require support.

1. Upcoming Event
a. Not able to change the image.
b. Not able to change the date on the picture. Trying to change to 03 Dec. Updated the command line as per format. Not happening.
2. Our Team — When i add new, the picture goes to left most. In my case, before the Founder Pic. As I understand, any new member should be added to the right most side. How to do that?
3. Gallery-How to make a folder and its sub folders for display in page. In our case, Under a category, we have number of events happening at different dates.We want the category folder to contain sub folders of pictures named with description&date of events.
4. Right Side Bar-In our case, the discussion page to have “Ask Question” on the right side bar of Discussion page. Now, we have added as a separate page. How to insert this in right side bar?

You have to paste the image URL in the shortcode. Same for the Date.

2. Our Team — When i add new, the picture goes to left most. In my case, before the Founder Pic. As I understand, any new member should be added to the right most side. How to do that?
If you want reorder the team member then use Intuitive Custom Post Order Plugin for ordering the team section.
Go to Setting>Intuitive CPO>All Check (checkbox). and Update

3. Gallery-How to make a folder and its sub folders for display in page. In our case, Under a category, we have number of events happening at different dates.We want the category folder to contain sub folders of pictures named with description&date of events.
Kindly use plugin Nextgen Gallery to create Albums.

4. Right Side Bar-In our case, the discussion page to have “Ask Question” on the right side bar of Discussion page. Now, we have added as a separate page. How to insert this in right side bar?

You have to paste the image URL in the shortcode. Same for the Date.

There is no image for date. Only in the command line, Event_date=”#” and Event_Month=”#”

How to change the date?

a. Latest Articles-We want four article preview to come in one line. Similar to our team above.
b.”Login-Register” should come left top corner. Also, after login the user name is not appearing there.

a. Article- Read More- Not opening to the relevant article page.
b. How to add a “Book Section” to have books in PDF format.

Issue Resolved
b.”Login-Register” should come left top corner. Also, after login the user name is not appearing there.
Alignment Solved We don’t have the functionality of login/register with the theme hence this is a customization request.
c. Our Team- Still latest team added comes left of the first picture.
Our team ordering is not possible. We already recommend plugin for ordering the team section.

a. Article- Read More- Not opening to the relevant article page.
Its a .htaccess issue. If you click on the thumbnail it will show you the link of respective post.
b. How to add a “Book Section” to have books in PDF format.

Hi Dave,

Deeply appreciate the speedy response in this support.

Though Login/Register has been aligned to left top corner, but the mobile/TAB view has expanded the Header too much and looks disturbed. Can this be helped optimized, even if this amounts to shifting Login/Register to some other location in the Header please.

The Fourth Latest Articles has moved down to next line when viewed in laptop. Is it possible to resize to make it like our team of 4 members in same line.

The plugin which you had suggested for Our Team issue, works well in shifting and aligning the articles. Not to the Our team section. The plugin is already installed. Please check on this.

“Read More” is working well in Home Page of Latest Article, but issue in Article main page. Is there any solution to the access issue you had mentioned.

Also, suggest some good theme color combination matching this or you can change too. The type os fonts and size are also varying in different sections, making is a little distraction for viewers. If that can changed too.

SKT theme has helped in getting the best what we wanted. We has started getting good feedback from the viewers. Our thanks to the team.

a. The plugin which you had suggested for Our Team issue, works well in shifting and aligning the articles. Not to the Our team section. The plugin is already installed. Please check on this.
b.“Read More” is working well in Home Page of Latest Article, but issue in Article main page. Is there any solution to the access issue you had mentioned.
c. Home Page- The scrolling picture are too big to view in laptop or desktop.can it be resized to make it small. The size should become automatically to default size for any size picture loaded.

c. In Mobile/Tab view, when he menu is pressed, the drop down falls on the scrolling pictures and not able to view page details.
