Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

@media screen and (max-width:479px) {
h1.entry-title { font-size:28px;}
.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title.elementor-size-xl { font-size:28px; padding:5px;}
.header .logo img { width:60%;}
}
