Customizer will not load

    When I used the free version of this theme, the customizer loaded just fine. I purchased the pro version and now when I try to customize the theme, the page will not load. I get the “Save & Publish” button at the top and the not “You are customizing —-” but nothing loads after that. I have disabled all plugins and still nothing.
