Cutsnstyle Welcome Section

Hello.

I have been using the Cutsnstyle theme for quite some time, but now my client would like to add a photo to the Welcome section. I have added the photo on the Welcome page I created for that section, but the photo will not display on the home page. Can you please help me with this?
