Decrease Font Size in Footer and add Toll Free Number

On our web site, https://defenseintelligence.net, I would like to modify the address portion of the footer.

There are 2 parts to this question. I would like to decrease the name so that it is the same size as the other parts of the footer, and I would like to add our Toll-free number.

Since both require modifying that part of the footer, I am hoping I am not crossing some kind of modern-day programming etiquette.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.footer-col-3 h2 {font-weight: normal; font-size: 22px;}
