    Hi,

    The demo import wasn’t working so I followed your instructions to manually upload the XML file. I did it, but the content was imported incorrectly. Can you take a look, please?

    Hi,

    This is done. Kindly check and confirm.

    The home page and about page templates were not imported correctly. That’s why the problem was coming.

    Now everything is ok.

    How did you fix it so I know for next time? I followed the instructions provided here: https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/import-demo-content-failed/

    It still didn’t work though so please let me know so I do not have to contact support next time.

    It happened again with a different website & theme. I tried importing demo data for Manufacturing Pro, didn’t work. I followed the instructions again to import the xml file, didn’t work again. Please let me know how to fix this because it seems like a common issue now.

    That didn’t work so I had to replace the WP image & re-upload the theme. Demo content import worked after that without needing the xml file. Thanks for your help.
