    OK, I’m afraid I have wasted enough time trying to resolve the issues here. Can I request a refund please? I did send a message to SKT sales team twop days ago requesting a refund but as yet I have not received a reply.

    I am very sorry for this and I am not trying to be difficult but I cannot afford to waste my time.
