    I have downloaded the upgrade to my MAC and when I follow the steps in the You Tube instructions I am not able to find a zip file. My file opens completely when I click it allowing me to select any file inside the folder. I need explicit directions on how to get the file downloaded. Telling me to find the file and the save location on my computer is of no assistance. I know where it is saved, the file is still not a zip.

    Please help before I contact my credit card company and protest my charge due to lack of service.

    Hi,

    After downloading the theme don’t double click on it to unpack. By the way even if you unpacked the original zip file remains in Mac. Check downloads folder. And then go to Appearance>Themes>Add New and add the zip and upload.
