ChrisDecember 4, 2020 at 4:54 pm #170170Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your help!
Once the plugin is installed the problem has been solved. But the plugin warns that this is only a provisional solution: “Please note that this is a temporary solution which will only work between WordPress 5.5.0 and 5.6.0 is, and is not meant as a permanent fix for unsupported code.”
The plugin has found 4 deprecations. How can we fix this problem definitively?

Enable JQuery Migrate Helper plugin has solved the problem. But this is a provisional solution. The plugin warns: “Please note that this is a temporary solution which will only work between WordPress 5.5.0 and 5.6.0 is, and is not meant as a permanent fix for unsupported code.”
How can I fix the unsupported code definitively?

Given login details are not working.

ChrisDecember 8, 2020 at 9:52 pm #170352Hi Chris,
The access details are correct. I have checked. It may be a problem with the cache or cookies. If you access with a new incognito window or before accessing you delete the browsing data, you will be able to access correctly.

ChrisDecember 10, 2020 at 3:55 pm #170445Hi Chris,
Thank you very much!!
The jQuery Migrate plugin continues to show a lot of deprecated code warnings, quite a few of them from the theme. Is it normal for these notices to appear? Can’t they be fixed?
We are concerned that in future WordPress updates we will have problems displaying the website.

VanessaDecember 12, 2020 at 10:14 am #170509Hi again,
We have discovered a new issue. Pending plugin updates do not appear correctly on the wordpress desktop and therefore we cannot update them.
In Dashboard > updates indicates: “Your plugins are all up to date.”
But this is not correct as many plugins have new versions. How can fix this?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,
VanessaDecember 14, 2020 at 1:23 pm #170649Hi,

ChrisDecember 14, 2020 at 1:37 pm #170652Hi Chris,
Issue has not been solved. In Dashboard > updates indicates: “Your plugins are all up to date.”
But this is not correct. Many plugins have updates but they do not appear in the list and therefore we cannot update the plugins.Furthermore, this same problem also happens, at least, on another website, with a different theme (www.laformatgeria.com).

VanessaDecember 15, 2020 at 1:20 pm #170848Hi,
It’s not our theme issue.

ChrisDecember 15, 2020 at 2:40 pm #170855Hi,
Can’t you provide us with more information? Can’t you guide us on what is causing this problem?
If it is not caused by the theme, is it a plugin?Regards,
Vanessa -
