    Hi,

    web: www.centredentalcise.com
    theme: SKT Teethy

We need to modify the content of the footer (copyright) but we cannot.
    When accessing appearance> customize> footer> Copyright area
Footer Copyright Text (Edit content) we cannot go from html view to visual view, so the changes we make cannot be saved.

    We attach a screenshot:

We have tried to deactivate all the plugins but the problem is not solved. How can we correct this problem?

We have sent you the access data through the contact form in case you need access to review it.

Thank you very much for your help!

    Best regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi Chris,

Thank you very much for your help!
Once the plugin is installed the problem has been solved.

But the plugin warns that this is only a provisional solution: “Please note that this is a temporary solution which will only work between WordPress 5.5.0 and 5.6.0 is, and is not meant as a permanent fix for unsupported code.”

The plugin has found 4 deprecations. How can we fix this problem definitively?

    Best regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi Chris,

The access details are correct. I have checked. It may be a problem with the cache or cookies. If you access with a new incognito window or before accessing you delete the browsing data, you will be able to access correctly.

    Best regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi Chris ,

I have resent the login details in case I was wrong the first time.
I have checked them on several computers and with various browsers and on all occasions I have been able to access without problem.

    Hi Chris,

    Thank you very much!!

The jQuery Migrate plugin continues to show a lot of deprecated code warnings, quite a few of them from the theme. Is it normal for these notices to appear? Can’t they be fixed?

We are concerned that in future WordPress updates we will have problems displaying the website.

    Regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi again,

We have discovered a new issue. Pending plugin updates do not appear correctly on the wordpress desktop and therefore we cannot update them.

In Dashboard > updates indicates: “Your plugins are all up to date.
But this is not correct as many plugins have new versions.

    How can fix this?

Thank you very much for your help!

    Best regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi Chris,

Issue has not been solved. In Dashboard > updates indicates: “Your plugins are all up to date.”
But this is not correct. Many plugins have updates but they do not appear in the list and therefore we cannot update the plugins.

Furthermore, this same problem also happens, at least, on another website, with a different theme (www.laformatgeria.com).

    Regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi,

    It’s not our theme issue.

    Chris

    Hi,

Can’t you provide us with more information? Can’t you guide us on what is causing this problem?
If it is not caused by the theme, is it a plugin?

    Regards,
    Vanessa
