Featured image displaying alt size

Hi,

Using the the SKT Restaurant Pro theme. When using Featured Image on pages, the image is coming up way too large in the header banner box. I’ve resized the image to 1400 x 382 as per recommended size for the theme but it’s still displaying too big. Banner images added via Appearance/Header/Header Image display fine.

Element html for Feature Image appears to be picking up an alt size from somewhere:

We haven’t published the page because of this display issue. However, we have tested it on several pages (excluding homepage which uses a slider) and can confirm the issue is site wide.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.innerbanner{height:auto !important;}

I’ve changed the image as requested. However, the previous image was not a small image. It was sized to 1400 x 382, the same is the banner image I’ve now used at your request.

Did you used any plugin to resize the images?

No. We do use WP Smush to compress the images but nothing to resize them.
