The first issue is the home page. The second is a post page. I removed the background image because my users cannot read the posts.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.no_wrap { padding:0 20px; background:#000 !important;}
.single_post { background:#000 !important;}
