I would like to place the contact form in the Footer on the home page, so that the contact form appears on every page.

Is that still possible? and can you help me with that?

Unfortunately, there is no option to set a contact form between the social sections and the contact details section. Please add the contact form above the social section using the shortcode block on the home page.
