Footer "Visual" Tab and Elementor not working

I can not get the Elementor to work and do not have a “Visual Tab” to click in order to change the footer copyright info.

Section 2 on home page background is not static and scrolls with the content.

Very frustrating at this point. I only get a message back once a day and its in the middle of the night, by time I get to work and reply its to late to do anything so I must wait for one more day.

So much is wrong with this template and In addition I bought ALL the templates but the one I really wanted was not even included. 🙁

So far it’s all been a nightmare.

Another issue… Widget section not working correct. I can not add a simple Text area as it only shows a place for custom CSS.
