Kindly add this code in custom css box:
.cols4{width:20% !important;}
Note: This class maybe already in the Custom CSS box so find the class and change the width to 20%.

Add this code there:
.cols4 .team-thumb{height:auto !important;}
Currently title and read more appears on the boxes. So which description you want to hide?
