Hi,
I have my site nearly ready to go – but have some issues on the homepage that I can’t figure out.
THe landing page of hte site – http://nuaartsandcrafts.ie/ has 4 section boxes – which are perfect. However, the content from them is also duplicated below them – obviously I don’t want that. Also – I’ve added some text boxes to the home page and they’re not appearing here at all.
However – when I click on home on the navigation – http://nuaartsandcrafts.ie/home/ – I get a different page completely. The sections are gone – and my testimonial text boxes are there.
What I really need is for the 4 section boxes to appear, no duplicated content underneath, the testimonials below that. Is that possible? And how can I do that. If I want to add another text box to the homepage or adapt any of it in future where do I do it?
Thanks
Hi Nicola,
Home on the navigation issue resolved. All the content on the homepage are comes from Appearance>>Theme Option>>Section.
You have to add your content in section currently you are adding the content in page called “Home”.
For the homepage boxes we have added a custom excerpt box in the pages so that you add your content there. You will find excerpt box in the bottom of the page in backend.
Regards,
Dave
Thank you Dave – that makes more sense now!
I appreciate your help.
Nicola
