how do I set the link for the book an appointment button at the top of page
also how do I link to the social buttons in section 7

Kindly go to Appereance>Theme Option>Basic Setting:
You can find Header Top info, Set the link in<a href="Your Link">Book An Appointment</a>For social buttons: You have to link it like this
[social icon=”facebook” link=”Your link”]Regards,
