Hperlink on slider text

Hello. I purchased the Hotel theme and can’t work out how to remove the hyperlink on the slider text. At the moment it point to the home page of the website by default but I would like to remove the hyperlink altogether. Please advise.

Okay sorry you can do this. Go to appearance>theme options>homepage settings>remove # from slider URL of the slides you don’t want any hyperlink to.

Thanks for getting back. But it still does not work. I remove the # hash and the link on the slider text still remains. Have you tried it?

Thank you. This has fixed it. Could you explain what you did as I will be wanting to use the theme for other sites? It’s a paid theme, so will there be an update / fix that I can download?

Hi Stephen,

We have changed some functionality in your theme. If you do not put URL in the slider then it will not showing the hyperlink.

We will update the theme with this feature shortly.
