I want to edit the footermenu

I bought SKT Hotel WordPress theme.When I use the free version I can edit footer menu (http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/skt_hotel_doc/#playing-with-customizer), but in the full version I can’t edit it.I find edit footer menu in the Theme options but could not find it.

Hi Siravut,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Menus and select footer menu from the dropdown.

You can now find the pages for the footer menu change/edit from there.

I don’t want the footer to be horizontal, I want it to be vertical or a drop down menu.

I am not sure how you want it. Can’t you add widgets and replace what we have in default?

I used the custom menu widget but because of the coding in your theme, it is still appearing horizontal.

Why the attitude? I paid for the pro version and I should expect to receive great customer service and assistance.

I am sorry if in anyways we have sounded rude. Never our intention.

Now for desktop it appears horizontal and for tablet and other lower resolutions it appears vertical as i can see on various Windows 7 and Mac PCs.
