    Using plastic Surgery theme, is there a way to remove the inner page header texts or edit them on each page?

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .skt-page-title {
  display: none;
}
