ChrisDecember 3, 2019 at 9:06 am #140408Hello,
The site is not yet online, we work first locally.
We have subscribed to all the themes and we want a perfect mastery.
Thank you in advance for your answers.

BikoDecember 4, 2019 at 4:52 am #140502Hi,
Which theme are you using?
Can you send us the screenshot of your issues? Upload your screenshot on http://imgur.com/ and paste the share url here.

ChrisDecember 4, 2019 at 8:09 am #140548Hello,
The theme used is KITCHEN DESIGN (SKT PERFECT).
These are the things we want to do with the theme option or the SKT Builder that we can not do.
No screenshots to be made, since we can not do what we want.
But we give you a description of the situation so that you understand the problem.

ChrisDecember 7, 2019 at 10:13 am #140754Hello,
This option is not worthy of a simple image insertion in a page. The image is more zoomed compared to the original image. See the evidence in the INFORMATION page of the test site that was sent to you.
Very disappointed.
cordiallyDecember 9, 2019 at 6:15 am #140780Hi,
Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:
.owl-carousel-builder .owl-item img { width:auto !important;}

ChrisDecember 9, 2019 at 7:57 am #140823Hello,
Yes, but really it’s not worthy of a simple picture.
The spaces of the title and the description will remain. Can not center the image.
Really sorry.
cordiallyDecember 9, 2019 at 11:51 am #140850Hi,
As you can see we are constantly providing support to you for the past several weeks yet you send us emails to us asking for REFUND.
This is too much i would say.
Regards,
ChrisDecember 9, 2019 at 3:25 pm #140879Hello,
Yes, the assistance started a week ago.
In our pre-sales questions, we pointed out that we are very demanding for the themes.
It may be that you know that your topics are not up to par as you report the non-refund. Otherwise, most of the sellers of themes are SATISFIED OR REFUNDED.
We want total satisfaction, we have chosen you and we think that you can satisfy us, but if this is not the case at the moment.
Our questions focus on features that must be native in a WordPress theme, we have not asked too much.
Continue answering questions and we’ll see.
Thank you for your courage.
