I’m using the IT Solution theme. Kindly let me now how to remove “left double quotation marks” so that my quotation marks are normal like this: “”

You have to add manually category link in MobileCart text in your text editor like,
<a href="add category link here">MobileCart</a>It’s not a link… It’s a block quote. The problem is how the double-quotation marks are being displayed.

In my above and below screenshot, the first set of text is using “left double quotation marks”. The 2nd set of text is using “straight double quotation marks”.
