I need to have the underlined words in the photo to be BLUE color #0066bf like the word SUFFERING is, how can I do that?

Hello,

We had a miscommunication. I said i want the underlined words to be the color #0066bf

I underlined the words for you to see what I am referring to, but I am referring to having the letters in #0066bf for those words, like they are for the word SUFFERING, not underlined in blue, but the letters in blue
