Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting
You will find “Header Top Info”. In that box there is a “#” mark, you have to replace it with the contact page URL.

DaveMarch 14, 2018 at 10:43 am #96505Hi,
Your Web Host provider may have installed a firewall between you and the server.
Contact the admin of the server and ask if they allow outgoing communication on port 25,465,587.
It seems like they are blocking certain traffic. Ask them to open the ports.And the php version on hosting server is very old.
Here’s a letter you can send to your host; copy and paste!
I’m interested in running the open-source WordPress
<https://wordpress.org/>
web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following:PHP 7.2 or greater
MySQL 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB 10.0 or greater
Nginx or Apache with mod_rewrite module
HTTPS supportThanks!
