    Hi, how can I change the mobile background colour please?

    at present it is light blue, I cannot find this in the colour editing panels

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width:767px) {
.header { background-color:#282828 !important;}
}
