    My logo is not centering. There appears to be extra white space above it. Also, how can I adjust the ribbon/bar height where the logo and menu resides?

    Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS and paste this there:

    @media screen and (min-width: 980px){
    .header .header-inner .logo{margin-top:20px !important;}
    }
