Hi Tony,

Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
Add this css in custom css box

@media screen and (max-width: 479px) {
.header .logo {width:90% !important;}
.menu-toggle, .main-navigation.toggled .nav-menu { margin-top:-78px !important;}
}
