    Hi,
    When the browser is wide, our left and right margins are big enough. But when the browser window is more narrow, the left and right margins are too small. Is there anyway to enlarge them so they are always at least an inch away from the edges of the window. Without messing up the large browser window? See my screen shots:

    http://parallaxdesigngroup.com/bgr/wideWindow.jpg This is ok and ok if a little wider too

    http://parallaxdesigngroup.com/bgr/narrow window.jpg This is too small left and right margin

    Thanks for any help

    Hi,
    Actually you did not reply to this request. You did reply to another request about paragraph indenting, but you did not reply to this request about margins. Two different requests. Here is the request about margins again, hope it is helpful to repeat it here. Our website is at https://new.buddhistglobalrelief.org

    Hi,

    Okay, kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

    Add this code there:

    @media screen and (min-width:768px) and (max-width:1024px) {
    .content-area { padding:50px 60px;}
    }

    Regards,
    Brad

    Hi Brad,
    Thanks so much for this, but when i follow your directions and add it to the custom CSS, and save. Then I check that it is still there. But when i look at the website margins, on both wide and narrow windows, nothing has changed. Then whe i go back to look at the css, the new code that you sent has been removed. I repeated this 3 times, copying and pasting in your new css. But no luck.

    Can you help? https://new.buddhistglobalrelief.org. Screen shots in previous messages. Thanks!

    Hi,
    I did put up screenshots in my first post:
    http://parallaxdesigngroup.com/bgr/wideWindow.jpg This is ok and ok if a little wider too

    http://parallaxdesigngroup.com/bgr/narrow window.jpg This is too small left and right margin

    Do they have to be on imgur, or can you just look at these?
    The narrow window has margins that are pretty narrow. Can they be bigger?
    The wide window is ok, we don’t want it much bigger than that.
    Thanks for any help.

    Hi,

    We checked, and it is working fine in narrow window.

    Have a look at:
    https://imgur.com/a/ZQZD9jl

    Kindly delete cache and do a forced refresh as we are not getting any kind of error in console.

    To do a forced refresh kindly follow below instructions:

    Windows/Linux:
    1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
    2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

    Mac:
    1. Hold Shift and click the Reload button.
    2. Or, hold down Cmd and Shift key and then press R.

    Regards,
    Brad

    We are interested in purchasing a premium support package from you. Do you have anything like that? Telephone support or live chat? Thanks for any information about this. https://new.buddhistglobalrelief.org is our website.We use your Charity theme,but probably will get a new theme from you soon instead of this.Not sure on that yet.

    Hi maryhelen,

    I am sorry we don’t have instant chat or telephone support because we are primarily based out of India and hence our timezones might be vastly different.

    We do however have monthly maintenance packages: https://www.sktthemes.org/wordpress-monthly-maintenance/

    In case you need maintenance support whereby you can list the problems on an email and next day our coders will resolve it for you.

    Regards,
    Brad
