    I have 2 lines for my menu is there a way I can space it out better as its touching the Slider?

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

    Add this code there:

    .container { width:1100px;}
nav ul li a { padding:0px 8px !important;}
