Menu is hard to click due to z-index

I am using the Fashion Trends theme. I am unable to click on some of my dropdown menu items; I think it’s due to a z-index problem. You won’t be able to see an example as the site is under construction, but is there a way to make sure the menu and it’s dropdown items are always in front?

Go to http://brendapetersonllc.com/services/ and try to click on the dropdowns from the Art menu. You can’t click on Artist Statement.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize>>Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.header { z-index:10;}
