Menu Problem

Hi Support I’m having a little trouble. I need to add product categories to my header menu but when I go to my menu I don’t see the product category section

And Also had a footer problem with another site. I deleted a footer Colum that I didn’t need I went to the customize section of the footer and deleted the short code for that Colum and went to the menu setting on the dashboard and deleted the Colum from the footer menu section too. But the problem is that I can’t seem to get rid of a gap on where the Colum used to be. Would really appreciate it if it could be handled too
