Missing Header Info

Hello,

Can you please advise me on how to restore the following information that is missing from my header?
– “Book an Appointment” button (also how do I turn this into a clickable like with my appointment scheduler?) I cant seem to find the proper place the put the url.
– The telephone number
– The email address:

Hi Shaneaka,

It seems that you have added widget in header widget. Kindly go to Appearance>>Widget>>Header Widget

and remove the widget that you have added there.

Thank you for the response. I was able to remove the widget and the issue was fixed. However, it was never advised on how to activate the book an appointment button.

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.header .header-inner .header_info{width:45% !important;}

We have already sent you documentation for appointment button. It is only a button, you can link it to any page.

Thank you! Both codes provided worked. 🙂 It looks great! Now if you can just let me how to make the Book an Appointment Button work. My header would be perfect!

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting

You will find header top info option there. <a href="#">Book an Appointment</a> replace the # sign with the page URL where you want to redirect when someone click on the button. Most of the customers give it contact us page URL there.
