I have customized the Nature one theme to show a white background and black text on pages, so far this work great on regular pages:

The result is very satisfying, however, I cant seem to make it work for blog pages:

Could you please guide me with this problem?
I was able to solve this particular problem by adding a custom CSS in theme properties
.blog-post-repeat{background-color:#ffffff;}
That made the change
