Naturo Pro about services boxes, blog boxes

How do I make the size of the ‘about services’ boxes in section 2 the same size. The box varies in relation to the copy excerpt, but I want them all the same. When I put ‘read more’ break, then another ‘more’ button appears when there is already a ‘read more’ button underneath. also this happens with the blog posts as well – I would like them to all be the same size box. Also the images in the blog posts on homepage are stretched. How do I fix these problems please?
