    Hi, I’m unable to see the topbar phone, email, and other info (see screen capture http://i.imgur.com/TMVEQqy.jpg) on this site. http://e6a.8e2.myftpupload.com/. The topbar looks black and empty (http://i.imgur.com/7PU0yrJ.jpg).

    Any ideas why and how I can fix it?

    Hi Michael,

    Kindly go to Appearance>>Customize>>Header and select header layout 1
