Hi,
web: www.valeriasdreams.com
We have installed the One Click Accessibility plugin on this website. When we want to customize it, the theme customizer page opens:
https://www.valeriasdreams.com/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus[section]=accessibility
But the customizer bar comes out empty, without any options.
How can we fix this?
Thank you very much for your help!

Kindly share a customizer bar screenshot of your theme and also share WP login details.

Screenshot of customizer bar: https://imgur.com/CJFo78j
First image on the left the bar with the link to edit “Accessibility”. And in the second one on the right, the customizer bar is completely empty but the “Accessibility” options should appear.
Access data sent through the contact form.

Here we check that our customizer option is working fine, as you can see in the screenshot:: https://nimb.ws/j3sHxY0
Here you are trying to add the “ACCESIBILIDAD” new tab in the customizer so it’s display blank. To add a new tab in the customizer, it’s a part of coding and you have to change in many function files.
It’s not possible for you because it’s a coding part.

Accessibility new tab is added by the “One click accessibility” plugin. This option added by the plugin allows us to customize options.
We had a similar problem with the “Material Design for Contact Form” plugin. (https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/business-consulting-compatibility/)
To solve it, you told us which line of code we should add. Could you do the same this time?
