Page Header and Shop display

Hi, Many thanks for your great theme.
I have 2 issues I am unable to fix.
1. I am unable to make a header image appear at the top on the shop and product category pages.
2. My shop page has tiny thumbnails. http://203.170.87.169/~pqwcomau/shop/
I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.products.columns-4 { width:100%;}

Please can I have help with sites appearance:
1. Header on Shop page: http://203.170.87.169/~pqwcomau/shop/
2. Header on all Custom Product Category pages: http://203.170.87.169/~pqwcomau/product-category/free-motion-quilting/
3. Zoom, Hover on single image and product album.
I have sent login codes to Contact Support Email address.
