We are working on a SKT Perfect theme.
We want to know :
1. How to reduce header height header background?
2. How to display the page title in the header background page?
3. How to display the header background page in mobile devices?

Note: The site is not yet online, we are working locally first.
We have subscribed to all the themes and we want a perfect mastery.

Kindly go to Appearance » Theme Options » Basic Settings » Custom CSS and paste below code there:

}

Ans: To make this changes, we have to change the code in 2 files.

Should we always do this tedious work for all themes while this feature should be native to all good WordPress themes?
